On the morning of December 17th, the first quality month of Fuyuan Pharmaceutical came to a perfect end. Cui Xinrong, the vice general manager of Fuyuan Pharmaceutical, and other senior executives and quality production related personnel of various molecular companies attended the summary meeting.

The participants put forward suggestions for improvement from the aspects of time arrangement, activity content and methods, and on-site atmosphere.
Teacher Cui Xinrong made a concluding speech. For the medical and health industry, medicine is a special commodity, and product quality assurance is the basic requirement. Quality culture is the best representation of the company's brand image, but also the first step to achieve the "fuyuan pharmaceutical dream". Therefore, four specific requirements are proposed for the work of the quality center:
First, combining with the development history of the company's corporate culture, we should summarize and sort out the quality belief, find the correct quality culture positioning, build a platform of experience and knowledge sharing, and lay a foundation for the formation and improvement of quality culture.
Second, we should establish a "quality risk prevention and control system", with the establishment of a quality and safety committee as the starting point, to clarify organizational management and incentive reward and punishment systems to ensure effective progress in construction work.
The third is to normalize the quality month activities, through a series of activities to promote the company's quality culture integration and communication, so that the implementation of quality culture to promote tangible results.
Fourth, dynamic management of quality culture construction should be gradually realized according to the cultural positioning, expected goals and plan requirements of each subsidiary company, and quality culture content should be constantly improved by collecting data and organizing review, so as to unify and enhance the quality culture of the group.
